Prices of the Apartments

Weekly rates for apartments from March to October

Prices include:

Private parking area, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning, water, energy and gas consumption.

Arrivals and departures:

Apartments are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9 am on the day of departure.

Late arrivals: guests anticipating arrival after 8 pm should promptly advise the Management by telephoning 0565/968592 or sending an e-mail to info@villarosanna.com

Booking procedure:

To enquire about availability of our apartments, telephone 0565/968592, send an e-mail to info@villarosanna.com or fill in the form in the “Bookings” section of this website.

To secure your booking we require a deposit of 40% of the total cost of your stay, to be paid within 7 days by bank transfer.

The balance is payable in cash or by cheque when you check-in and register at Cala dei Peducelli.

Payment of deposit:

The coordinates to make the bank transfer will be communicated upon confirmation of the booking.

Ferry bookings:

Ferry tickets can be booked and purchased at discounted rates by accessing the “Ferries” section of this website. Following confirmation of your booking you will be sent a discount code which can be used only at the time of purchasing the ticket.

Cancellations:

Deposits are refunded only if the client requests cancellation after booking and anyhow at least 40 days prior to the date of arrival.

Animals:

On request, the Management reserves the right to accept pets.
